It’s important to know who you’re selling to and it’s more important to understand how to speak to them. I’ve found that the best way to do this is to study not just your customers but also how they think and what gets their attention. Below are some books that gave me incredible insight into not just marketing, but communicating. Each book has it’s own focus and strength but I recommend working your way though all of them.
